About the Author

Master Frederick Scott is the president of Traditional Tang Soo Do International and AmKor Karate Institutes. Master Scott has served as a consultant to professional sports teams, such as the Philadelphia Flyers, the Philadelphia 76ers, and the Philadelphia Phantoms. Master Scott served as a member of the NBC Broadcast team for the Olympic Tae Kwon Do events in 2004 and 2016.
